Phase 0 — Now Active

This website, simulation tools, academic publications and advocacy with European institutions. The goal is to demonstrate the model's coherence and kick-start public debate.

Phase 1 — 2025–2027

Voluntary experimentation in sectors with already flexible pricing: cultural ticketing, bookshops, training courses. Pilot integration with the EUDIW wallet in 1–2 European cities.

Phase 2 — 2027–2030

Extension to voluntary large retail with a "Fair Price" label. Tax incentives (VAT credit) for pioneer merchants. Standardisation of the verification protocol.

Phase 3 — 2030–2035

European directives on progressive pricing. Integration of the digital euro (ECB). Eurostat harmonisation of income data. Obligations of presence for essential goods in fragile areas.

Phase 4 — 2035+

Generalised deployment with operational Digital Euro, universally adopted EUDIW wallet, active regional equalisation fund, and complete legal framework. Commutalism becomes a standard option for any European business.
